Co-Parenting & Pandemic

The COVID-19 Pandemic has proven to be uncharted territory for all of us. As family attorneys and as parents ourselves, we have felt the strain that the COVID-19 response has had on parents. Co-parenting through this pandemic has been especially challenging for some, and that challenge is further complicated by the limited closure of the Courts due to current Shelter in Place Orders. Due to the limited availability of the Courts, parents have little choice but to “get creative and be flexible” with one another as they parent through the challenges of this pandemic. The article linked here provides for what we believe to be positive food for thought when it comes to dealing with special co-parenting challenges during this time.

However, we know it’s often not “that” simple. Please feel free to contact us to discuss the unique challenges you are facing. We are here to help.
