Our Motivation for Forming RCG

The formation of RCG was motivated by our shared desire to provide an exceptional client experience especially grounded in attentive, sound and solution focused legal advocacy. Our practice is focused in the areas of family law, adoption law, estate planning and estate administration because we believe these areas to be personal and to have direct impact on people’s lives. We have often said, “if you are going to fight, then may it be for your family and your future.” We are also proud to provide much-needed legal representation to the Spanish-speaking and Russian-speaking communities in the Twin Cities

Our Mission

We became lawyers because we wanted to help people. Using our differing strengths, our mission is for our clients to be in a better position leaving our office than when they first arrived at the beginning of their case.
